After 48 years of practicing law, Joe Corso retired effective December 19, 2017, and no longer practices law.

His experience in law included all phases of patent, trademark and copyright law, including preparation and prosecution of patent applications, litigation, validity and infringement opinions, and negotiation of license agreements concentration in the chemical, energy and mechanical arts. Expertise in international patent and trademark prosecution.

Before entering the practice of law, his prior employment in the rubber industry included work as a chemical engineer in the development of elastomer formulations, preparation and coating techniques.

Joe remains a patent agent.
