Harris focuses his practice primarily on patent prosecution and litigation. He has experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the electrical and mechanical arts, including wireless communications technologies (4G LTE and 5G), virtual reality, semiconductors, artificial intelligence, automobile components and hydraulic control circuits.

In addition to patent prosecution, Harris has experience providing patent litigation support including pre-suit infringement investigation, infringement, and invalidity contentions.

Harris is also a licensed patent and trademark attorney in Korea, and prior to joining Pearne & Gordon, he had worked as a Korean patent attorney for eight years at a law firm in Seoul. Harry also worked as a patent engineer at one of the world’s largest telecommunication companies.
