Nobuhiko has experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the chemical, computer systems and software arts. Additionally, Nobuhiko has rendered infringement, patentability, and validity opinions, and has extensive knowledge and over 23 years of experience in Japanese patent practice.
Before entering the patent field, Nobuhiko was a research chemist for Ibiden Corporation in Ogaki, Japan, where he formulated, tested, and analyzed numerous chemicals at Ibiden’s central research facility. In addition, he managed product development and preparation for specialized customer needs.
Nobuhiko earned a Bachelors of Science and a Masters of Science in Synthetic Chemistry at Nagoya Institute of Technology, a very prestigious university in Japan reserved for the academically elite of Japan. In addition to his native Japanese, Nobuhiko speaks fluent English.
He is currently a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association and the Cleveland Intellectual Property Law Association.
