Trevor’s practice involves researching and drafting opinions regarding the patentability of inventions and freedom to operate, as well as preparing and prosecuting patent applications. Specifically, Trevor focuses his practice in the mechanical and software arts.

During law school, he was an associate editor for UNH Law Review and participated in the school’s IP & transaction clinic, where he assisted in pro bono trademark prosecution. Additionally, he competed in the 2022 National Patent Application Drafting Competition as a member of the school’s team at the USPTO.

Also while in law school, he was employed by Fresenius Medical Care as an extern where he assisted in-house attorneys with patent and trademark prosecution and researched a wide range of patent and trademark legal issues. He gained additional experience learning directly from patent examiners and supervisors as a summer intern at the USPTO. During his final semester, he worked as a student attorney at BAE systems through the school’s legal residency program where he assisted in-house attorneys with patent prosecution and litigation.
