Una’s practice focuses on counseling clients on a variety of intellectual property risks and strategies. She also assists in identifying and acquiring new intellectual property assets while protecting current assets. Una has over 5 years of experience as corporate counsel in a Fortune 500 company and in a successful consumer products company and over 10 years of experience in private practice.

Una is currently serving as President on the board of directors for the Cleveland Intellectual Property Law Association and as a Director-At-Large on the board for the Girl Scouts of Northeast Ohio. She is also a past board member for Women in Manufacturing. In 2014, she was named a “Woman of Professional Excellence” by the YWCA Greater Cleveland. Una currently serves as Co-chair of the firm’s Inclusion & Diversity Committee.
