Carlo Spagnolo is an associate at Pearne, and his practice involves researching and drafting opinions regarding the patentability of inventions, freedom to operate, infringement and validity in the mechanical arts, as well as preparing and prosecuting patent applications. Additionally, Carlo provides support in various aspects of patent litigation and also provides legal support in other matters, including conducting research for a wide range of patent, trademark, and copyright issues.
During law school, Carlo was a member of the Duquesne Intellectual Property Law Association. He began working at Pearne as a law clerk while attending law school.
