Ivan R. Goldberg

Ivan R. Goldberg is an associate at Pearne & Gordon LLP. He has experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the mechanical, electro-mechanical, and computer software arts and in prosecuting trademark applications.  He has rendered infringement, patentability, and validity opinions.

Prior to entering the practice of law, Ivan was a Process Manager working for Ford Motor Company. At Ford, Ivan worked with Packaging Engineering to launch a new software system and to solve issues with returnable containers housing assembly components.

Ivan is currently a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the Cleveland Intellectual Property Law Association, and is a member of the Cleveland Bar Association.
