Christopher P. Demas

Chris Demas is an associate at Pearne & Gordon LLP.  He has experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the mechanical and chemical arts.  He has rendered patentability, validity, and infringement opinions.

Prior to entering the practice of law, Chris was an engineer at The Sherwin Williams Company.  At Sherwin Williams, Chris worked with other engineers, chemists, marketing and management to ensure paint formulations were seamlessly taken from lab bench to store shelf.

Chris is a member of the Cleveland Intellectual Property Law Association and the American Intellectual Property Law Association.
